Public, open resource for querying summary statistics of completed analyses for specific SNPs, genes or regions for allele frequencies and association testing.

The pre-computed results can be queried via the CGEMS data portal or downloaded in bulk. This publicly available information will include case/control association analyses and summary statistics for allele frequencies in each study. The public, open access of pre-computed results will not provide individual genotype or phenotype data. In addition, each individual query will be limited to less than 1,000 markers at a time. Public access to the already completed analysis will not be restricted.
